My brother went trough Surgery for his hemorrhoids and the stories he and his wife tell about post surgery are nothing any looks forward to. He is better off because of the surgery,but I wish he didn’t let it get to that point.
1. Processed food-yup, I stay away from them as much as possible!
2. Sedentary LifeStyle-yup, I gotta keep moving.
3. Intake of medications and creams-yup keep it natural

A supporter from hemorrhoids so terribly that the doctors told her to have surgery. She exhaust all options prior to having surgery. My father had hemorrhoids and was advised to change his diet and drink plenty of liquids. Fantastic article on how to treat the pain. Is there a chance that hemorrhoids can come back once voted for?
